Importing Rfid Tags
To import RFID tags (microchips, cards), you will need: an EAC Declaration of Conformity, Notification. The license of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is not required, since rfid tags are not RES and VCHU. You need a license for their readers. But the encryption (cryptography) in the labels contains (Letter of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 01-11 / 27 111 dated 03.06.2016 " On Customs Declaration of RFID tags»). Getting a notification is not so easy, unless of course the product is already contained in the notification register. For registration of the notification you need a legalized power of attorney from the manufacturer. By the way, this product is not subject to duties.
